Turkish Cup

​Today, we begin the Turkish Cup against Efes. Crazy that we have play them first round. As of late, Efes has been playing well and has captured the 8th spot in the EuroLeague standings. This will be an amazing game to start our defense of the championship. Last year we were able to win the title off of Bogdan’s last second shot. This year we gotta bring it from the start because every team has a chance to win, especially since the tournament is in a single elimination format.
 
Last year, I think we used the Turkish Cup to propel our play to finish out the rest of EuroLeague and Turkish league. This year I hope we can do the same. We dropped a tough game last week vs Dogus in the Euroleague, so we need to use this Cup as the stepping stool to get back playing at a high level. No need for excuses from this team. We are too talented. But as for me,  I will start by being more vocal on the court and giving more positive words. But the time is now!!! We cannot wait any more to find our collective game. We gotta go get it!!!
